- Your name, address or email where we can reach you
- Nature of your complaint, relevant details and what you would like Hot Line Meals to do
- The name of any Hot Line Meals' staff or volunteers with whom you have already discussed the issue
Hot Line Meals will investigate to try and resolve your concern in a fair and timely manner.
